Through its subsidiaries, the Company is active in the brokerage services, administration of investment and pension funds, as well as financial and legal consultancy. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, it acquired a 70% stake in Feliu Boet Griferias SL, a Spanish company specializing in the production of plumbing fixtures.
