Shinichi Horie will retire as of March 31, 2013 as Managing Executive Officer and will be position as Adviser (to be a president of Ikeshima Urban Mine Co., Ltd.) after retirement. Yoshitaka Yamamoto will retire as of March 31, 2013 as Executive Officer and will be position of President of MMI Coal Tech Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Matsushima Resources Co., Ltd. (both are currently in terms of offices) after retirement.
