The CM business segment provides support service for construction and operation of facilities such as buildings, schools, medical facilities, commercial facilities, railway stations and others, using CM methods. The CREM business segment provides Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) service for optimization of corporate assets, such as management and operation of fixed assets, multi-site elimination and consolidation, as an outsourcer.
