TACOMA, WA, January 23, 2023 -The Leibsohn Vara Group of Marcus and Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in commercial investment sales and advisory services, announced the sale of 2318 S Tacoma Way, a 33,750 square foot industrial property located in Tacoma, WA, according to Joel Deis, regional manager of the firm's Seattle office. The asset sold for $4,580,000.
Brian Leibsohn, Michael Babicz and RJ Vara, commercial investment specialists at The Leibsohn Vara Group of Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office, were the exclusive seller representatives; and also procured the Buyer, a local business, to purchase the property.
The property is located at 2318 S Tacoma Way in Tacoma, WA. The property features a 34,020 SF clear span industrial building on approximately 1.83 Acres of land.
