Broad Street Principal Investments, L.L.C. and Olympus Partners entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Audio Visual Services Corporation from Macquarie Group Limited (ASX:MQG), Kelso & Company, and other investors on November 20, 2013. Audio Visual Services Corporation plans to issue $745 million in debt to finance its buyout by Goldman Sachs, the parent of Broad Street Principal Investments, L.L.C. including $505 million first-lien loan, a $60 million revolver, and a $180 million second-lien term loan. Barclays and Macquarie Capital acted as financial advisors and Margaret Andrews Davenport, David H. Schnabel, Jonathan F. Lewis, Richard Ward, Paul D. Brusiloff, Jennifer L. Chu, Pankita D. Naik, Daniel N. Fasanello, Michael Bolotin, Alan J. Yurowitz, and Simone S. Hicks of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP acted as legal advisors for Audio Visual Services.
