Broad Street Principal Investments, L.L.C. and Olympus Partners entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Audio Visual Services Corporation from Macquarie Group Limited (ASX:MQG), Kelso & Company, and other investors on November 20, 2013. Audio Visual Services Corporation plans to issue $745 million in debt to finance its buyout by Goldman Sachs, the parent of Broad Street Principal Investments, L.L.C. including $505 million first-lien loan, a $60 million revolver, and a $180 million second-lien term loan.
