The Group has announced that it has partially restarted production at its Electronics sites in Tunisia (Zriba), France (Beaupréau) and Germany (Willich) as of May 17, following the announcement on May 15 that a cyber attack had been intercepted.

Lacroix expects production to return to normal as early as this week, following a gradual ramp-up.

' The Tunisian site was the first to partially restart, enabling us to meet our customers' most urgent needs. As for the German and French sites, they began their gradual recovery immediately afterwards", explains Louis Pourdieu, Executive Managing Director of Lacroix's Electronic EMEA activity.

While these factors will temporarily weigh on the second quarter, Lacroix does not envisage at this stage any significant impact on the financial objectives announced for the full year 2023.
