Tipifarnib is a potent, selective and orally bioavailable farnesyl transferase inhibitor (FTI). The KO-2806 is a next-generation FTI, which demonstrates improved potency, pharmacokinetic and physicochemical properties relative to earlier FTI drug candidates.
