In the first three quarters of 2014, KTM AG sold 115,731 motorcycles with
the brands KTM and Husqvarna and achieved the highest sales and
revenue in the company's history for this period of time and therefore stays
in the fast lane.

The successful launch of the new 1290 SuperDuke and the sales start of
the new Husqvarna model range were crucial for the success, amongst
others. KTM achieved a market share of 8.4% of the total European
market.

Increase in EBIT by 34.0% to 61.3 mio. EUR
In the first three quarters of 2014, EBIT increased by 34.0 % to 61.3 million
EUR compared to prior year. Therefore, the EBIT margin increased further
from 8.5% to 9.5%.

Outlook
KTM expects an increase in sales and revenue for the financial year 2014.
