Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping SA is a Greece-based holding company mainly engaged in the provision of yachting services to the professional and tourist sectors. On December 31, 2012, the Company divested K & G MEDITERRANEAN MARINAS MANAGEMENT SA To D - MARINE INVESTMENTS HOLDING BV.
