Keyrus has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a majority stake in Sonum International, a specialist in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Anaplan management planning solutions.

The technology consulting firm explains that this investment should enable it to expand its EPM offering worldwide and strengthen its capabilities to support a greater number of customers.

Founded in 2010 in The Hague (Netherlands), Sonum supports its customers in optimizing the implementation of their performance management processes and methods.

A global partner of Anaplan, notably in training, Sonum has successfully led over 120 implementations in major international groups and medium-sized companies.

In a press release, Keyrus underlines that it has been Sonum's industrial partner for several years, with whom it shares a common culture of entrepreneurship and value creation.

Their capital combination should enable them to further strengthen their offering and geographical coverage, with combined teams now in 26 countries and on four continents.

Sonum expects to achieve sales of 5.5 million euros in 2022 and currently employs 55 consultants in the Netherlands, Spain, Latvia, Portugal, Finland and Poland, adding four new countries to the Keyrus group, already present in Spain and Portugal.
