Kamei Corporation (TSE:8037) acquired Lee Huat Yap Kee Pte. Ltd, LHYK Marine Pte. Ltd., Translub Marine Pte. Ltd. and Lee Huat Yap Kee & Co. Pte. Ltd. from a group of sellers on March 27, 2015. Yap Kah Thiam will sell 33% stake, Yep Tai Sai, Yep Tai Seng and Yep Tai Ann will sell 20% stake each and Yep Lay Choo will sell 7% stake in Lee Huat Yap Kee Pte. Ltd. Yep Tai Sa and Yep Lay Choo will sell 20% stake each, Yep Tai Seng will sell 10% stake, Yat Want Ee and Yap Thiam Lye will sell 15% stake each, Gan Kim Hock, Lim Siew Tin and Yeo Siew Guat will sell 5% stake each in LHYK Marine Pte. Ltd. Yep Tai Sai and Yep Tai Seng will sell 30% stake each and Yep Dai Ming will sell 40% stake in Translub Marine Pte. Ltd. Yap Kah Thiam, Yep Tai Seng and Yep Tai Ann will sell 33% stake each in Lee Huat Yap Kee & Co. Pte Ltd.

Ltd and 1.34 million shares of Lee Huat Yap Kee & Co. Pte. Ltd. LHYK Marine Pte. Ltd reported shareholder's equity of SGD 0.2 million, sales of SGD 1.96 million, net liabilities of SGD 0.41 million and total assets of SGD 1.3 million during the year ending May 2014. Translub Marine Pte. Ltd reported shareholder's equity of SGD 0.3 million, sales of SGD 0.6 million, net assets of SGD 0.39 million and total assets of SGD 1.63 million during the year ending May 2014. Lee Huat Yap Kee & Co. Pte. Ltd reported shareholder's equity of SGD 1.34 million, sales of SGD 6.71 million, net assets of SGD 3.69 million and total assets of SGD 1.99 million during the year ending December 2014.
