JOOYONTECH CO., Ltd reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 165.84 million compared to KRW 168.62 million a year ago. Net loss was KRW 1,467.39 million compared to net income of KRW 782.62 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 26 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 14 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 26 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 14 a year ago. Basic loss per share was KRW 26 compared to basic earnings per share of KRW 13 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was KRW 411.27 million compared to KRW 554.46 million a year ago. Net loss was KRW 1,564.33 million compared to net income of KRW 325.38 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 28 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 7 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 28 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 7 a year ago. Basic loss per share was KRW 27 compared to basic earnings per share of KRW 7 a year ago.
JOOYONTECH CO., Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of personal computers (PCs) and computer peripheral products. The Companyâs products portfolio consists of PC desktops, liquid emitting diode (LED) monitors for PC use, and computer peripheral products, such as mouse, keyboards, speakers and others under the brand name JOOYONTECH Computer. In addition, the Company is involved in the distribution of its PC products through local agents, service centers and other distributors, such as Internet shopping malls, television and home shopping channels, discount stores and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
