Business Summary

Joban Kosan Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the tourism business, fuel trading business, manufacture business, transportation business and other related services. The Company operates through four business segments. The Tourism segment is involved in the management and operation of leisure and resort facilities such as Spa Resort Hawaiians and Spa Resort Hawaiians Golf Course, as well as the other related business. The Fuel Trading segment is involved in the sale of electric power using coal, oil and clean energy and other products. The Manufacturing-Related segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of machinery and castings such as hydraulic motor body and front hub. The Transportation segment is involved in the transportation business such as port transportation business and the other related businesses.
