Jaccs International Vietnam Finance Co., Ltd announced that it expects to receive VND 350 billion in funding from JACCS Co., Ltd.

Jaccs International Vietnam Finance Co., Ltd announced a private placement of common shares for the gross proceeds of VND 350,000 million on August 5, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor JACCS Co., Ltd. (TSE:8584). Post completion of transaction, the investor will retain 100% stake in the company and registered capital will increase from VND 550,000 million to VND 900,000 million. The transaction is expected to close in October 2020. The board of directors of investor approved the transaction.
JACCS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of consumer credit services. The Company provides comprehensive credit purchasing mediation, individual credit purchasing mediation, financing and credit guarantee services, among others. The comprehensive credit purchasing mediation business issues credit cards after credit check. The individual credit purchasing mediation business conducts credit check when consumers receive products or services from member stores of the Company. The credit guarantee services business conducts credit check and guatantees its debt when consumers borrow funds to purchase real estate, automobiles and others. The financing business is a cashing service provided to card members. The other businesses include the collection agency business and other businesses.
