ASAHI Co., Ltd agreed to acquire land and building at 652-2, Shimo Yatabe in Okayama Prefecture from Ito Yogyo Co. Ltd. (OSE: 5287) for ¥81 million on December 26, 2011. A contract is expected to be concluded on December 26, 2011 and the transaction is expected to be completed on January 27, 2012. The Board of Directors of Ito Yogyo Co. Ltd passed a resolution for the transaction on December 26, 2011 and the transaction will result in a gain of ¥42 million to Ito Yogyo Co. Ltd.
