Hisa Corporation agreed to acquire additional 56% stake of Hisa Kinzoku Kogyo Co., Ltd. from Ishizuka Glass Co., Ltd. (TSE:5204) and Ishizuka Butsuryu Service Co.,Ltd. for ¥2.5 billion on January 31, 2024. Hisa Kinzoku Kogyo Co., Ltd. reported Total revenue of ¥1.5 billion, Total assets reported ¥5.1 billion, Total Common equity of ¥4.2 billion, Net income of ¥94 million and EBIT of ¥67 million Year ending December 2023. The execution date of the stock transfer is scheduled on March 6, 2024.
