Inui Global Logistics Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the overseas shipping business, warehousing and transportation business, and real estate business. It operates through three segments. The Overseas Shipping segment transports cargo by ship (operated by the Company) and provides time charter services to charterers (competitors). The Warehousing and Transportation segment is engaged in the warehousing business, including general warehousing and storage of duty-unpaid import and export cargo with permission from a bonded warehouse, the document storage business, which stores document boxes and fixtures in warehouses certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the freight transportation business, including the transportation of cargo deposited in warehouses and moving services. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the facility leasing business, renting out owned houses and offices.
