Continental Carbon Oyak (netherlands) B.v. announced that it will raise TWD 960 million in an equity funding on May 10, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investor, International CSRC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and returning investor, CCC Dutch B.V. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors.
