Instalco AB Reports Earnings Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended September 30, 2023

Instalco AB (publ) reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 3,310 million compared to SEK 2,788 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 3,340 million compared to SEK 2,803 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 142 million compared to SEK 77 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.52 compared to SEK 0.27 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.52 compared to SEK 0.26 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was SEK 10,406 million compared to SEK 8,473 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 10,498 million compared to SEK 8,559 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 439 million compared to SEK 369 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 1.58 compared to SEK 1.32 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 1.56 compared to SEK 1.3 a year ago.
Instalco Intressenter AB is a Sweden-based installation and service supplier within areas of heating and plumbing, electrical, ventilation, cooling and industrial solutions. The Company offers installation and regular repairs of district heating, plumbing replacement, new construction and preventive maintenance; design, installation, and maintenance of electrical installation; technical solutions and installation of ventilation solutions for air treatment, air conditioning and indoor climate; design, installation and maintenance of water sprinklers; industrial pipe systems, machinery installation and installations of cooling systems, as well as installation of switchgear, transformers, busbars and power stations, among others. The services are designed mainly for commercial premises, housing, public construction, warehousing, offices and retail trade, as well as process industries. The Company operates in Sweden, Norway and Finland through numerous subsidiaries.
