Printed circuit board (PCB) and electromechanical parts distributor Icape has reported a 20.1% drop in net income to 4.2 million euros for 2023, despite a 0.4 point improvement in current operating margin to 5%.

Sales fell by 18.3% to 179.5 million euros, due both to the deflationary effects on PCB manufacturing prices in China, and to lower order volumes as a result of weaker global demand for electronic products.

Icape will propose a dividend of 0.20 euro per share, representing a payout ratio of 39% of net income, and reaffirms all its growth and profitability targets to 2026.
