PROPOSED SUB-DIVISION OF SHARES

We write to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hunas Falls Hotels PLC have resolved on the

10th January 2022 to effect a sub-division of shares of the Company:

We give below the details pertaining to the sub-division.

1. An extract of the Article that permits the increase of shares (enclosed).
2. The proportion in which with reference to the existing shares the increase is to take place by way of a sub-division:
   That each of the shares of the Company be sub divided into One Hundred Fifty (150) ordinary shares.
3. Existing number of shares of the Company and resulting number of shares after sub- division:
   5,625,000 Ordinary Shares will be increased to 843,750,000 ordinary shares
4. There is no change to the Stated Capital.
   Note: A resolution is passed to increase the current stated capital of LKR 82,500,000/- by LKR
   4,254,073,000/-, which shall bring the total stated capital to LKR 4,336,573,000/- at the EGM that is to be held on 13th January 2022. The sub-division will be based on the increased stated capital.
