The board of directors of Huishang Bank Corporation Limited announced that, Ms. Shao Dehui ("Ms. Shao"), a non-executive director of the Bank, has resigned as a non-executive director, member of the Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee and member of the Risk Management Committee of the Bank on April 22, 2024 due to reaching statutory retirement age. Her resignation takes immediate effect.
