Hubei Geoway Investment Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600462) signed an agreement to acquire 90% stake in Bozhou Zongxiang Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Zhang Dongqi on December 28, 2020. After the completion, Zhang Dongqi will hold 10% stake in Bozhou Zongxiang Information Technology. The shareholders of Bozhou Zongxiang Information Technology has approved the deal.
