MEETING OF A COMMITTEE APPOINTED BY THE BOARD

AIA Group Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of a committee appointed by the board of directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 23 August 2019 for the purpose of, among other things, considering and approving the release of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2019 and considering the payment of an interim dividend, if any.
