Item - 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The annual meeting of the shareholders of the Bank was held on April 27, 2023. The final results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of shareholders at the annual meeting are as follows:

1. Election of five Class II Directors of the Bank for a three-year term.
