(SHSE:600172) from Chen Jun for approximately CNY 140 million on September 28, 2020. Pre acquisition Chen Jun holds 5.06% stake in Henan Huanghe Whirlwind Co., Ltd. Post acquisition Chen Jun holds 0.29% and Xuchang City Investment Smart City Development and Construction Co., Ltd. holds 4.77% stake in Henan Huanghe Whirlwind Co., Ltd.
