Helios Towers plc announced that Magnus Mandersson, Deputy Chair, has confirmed he will not seek re-election as a Director of the Company and will formally step down at the close of the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2024. A process to appoint a new Non-Executive Director has begun and an announcement in that respect will be made in due course.
