Helical plc has proposed a final dividend of 1.78 pence per share (2023: 8.70 pence) which, if approved by Shareholders at the 2024 AGM, will be payable on 2 August 2024. The total dividend paid or payable in respect of the year to 31 March 2024 will be 4.83 pence (2023: 11.75 pence), a decrease of 59%. Ex-dividend date is on 27 June 2024.
The record date is on 28 June 2024.
