Hangzhou Raycloud Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688365) agreed to acquire remaining 44.83% stake in Hangzhou Kuaixiaozhi Technology Co., Ltd. from Hangzhou Ruiheying Network Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 15 million on December 3, 2022. This transaction has been reviewed and approved by Hangzhou Raycloud Technology Co., Ltd. board of directors. For the financial year ended December 31, 2021, Hangzhou Kuaixiaozhi Technology reported Total Assets of CNY 21.7704 million , Net Assets of CNY 14.1952 million, Net Income of CNY 0.6625 million.
