Gulf Investment Services Holding Company SAOG agreed to acquire an additional 30% stake in Gulf Baader Capital Markets S.A.O.C. from Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft and other shareholder.

Gulf Investment Services Holding Company SAOG (MSM:GISI) agreed to acquire an additional 30% stake in Gulf Baader Capital Markets S.A.O.C. from Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft (XTRA:BWB) and other shareholder on March 20, 2019. Post acquisition, Gulf Investment Services Holding Company SAOG will hold 99.99% stake in Gulf Baader Capital Markets S.A.O.C. The deal is subject to fulfillment of customary conditions precedent and obtaining requisite approvals. The Board of Gulf Investment Services Holding Company SAOG approved the deal.
