The Company's subsidiaries and associated companies include Gulf Baader Capital Markets SAOC, which provides financial services; DOM Global Property Investment BSC, which is active in real estate business, and Hotel Management Co LLC, which is involved in the hotel management sector. In June 2012, the Company acquired 28 apartments in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
