(SZSE:000861) from Guangzhou Highsun Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 280 million on October 10, 2022.
Silver Leaf Xinyu Preferred Issue 2 Private Securities Investment Fund managed by Shanghai Silver Leaf Investment Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of a 5% stake in Guangdong Highsun Group Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000861) from Guangzhou Highsun Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 280 million on October 21, 2022. Post acquisition, Guangzhou Highsun Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. holds 31.47% stake and Silver Leaf Xinyu Preferred Issue 2 Private Securities Investment Fund holds 5.1230% stake in Guangdong Highsun.
