SOMA Group, the largest fashion group in Brazil, releases its 1Q23 Earnings
SOMA Group achieved all-time high quarterly gross revenue of BRL 1.4 billion, +18.7% vs. 1Q22 and adjusted EBITDA of BRL 142.5 million, +36.6% earnings vs. 1Q22, reaching an adjusted EBITDA margin of 11.8%, +1.6 p.p. vs. 1Q22.

In 1Q23, SOMA Group achieved all-time high quarterly gross revenue of
BRL 1.4 billion, +18.7% vs. 1Q22.
Gross profit of BRL 688.0 million,
growth of +22.3% vs. 1Q22, reaching a gross margin of 57.2%,
+1.9 p.p. vs. 1Q22.
Adjusted EBITDA of BRL 142.5 million, +36.6% vs. 1Q22, achieving an adjusted EBITDA margin of 11.8%, +1.6 p.p.
vs. 1Q22.
Adjusted net income reached
BRL 58.6 million in 1Q23,
+9.6% vs. 1Q22.

The ex-Hering portfolio maintained its high level of growth:

million, up +24,9% vs. 1Q22.
Strong growth in wholesale (+43.1%) and our own stores (+25.3%) vs. 1Q22.
Gross profit of BRL 488.3
million in 1Q23, +25.0% vs.
1Q22. Gross margin reached 67.6% in 1Q23, +0.3 p.p. vs. 1Q22.
Customer acquisition continues at
high levels, with an increase in the active base of +11.2% vs. 1Q22.
