(Alliance News) - UniCredit Spa and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Spa on Monday let it be known that it is continuing with two new tranches directed at six Italian SMEs and Mid-Caps and amounting to EUR42 million the ESG Basket Bond program to support the growth plans of companies active in strategic sectors of the Italian economy.

With the new issues, the resources mobilized so far exceed EUR143 million in total.

The companies featured in these two new tranches are: Officine Tecnosider Srl, active in the production of steel sheets with an issue of EUR12 million); Tre Zeta Group Spa, active in the production of shoe soles in the luxury segment with an issue of EUR10 million; and Alma Petroli Spa, based in Ravenna and active in the production of high-quality bitumen with an issue of EUR7 million.

Also involved are Grifal Spa, based in Bergamo, which is active in the packaging sector with a EUR6 million issue; Sapori Artigianali Srl, which operates in the sweet and savory retail, restaurant and hotellerie sector with a EUR4 million issue; and Coimec Coibentazioni Termoacustiche Spa, which operates in the thermoacoustic insulation and industrial and civil plant engineering sector with a EUR3 million issue.

The companies involved issued minibonds with a maturity of six years.

UniCredi trades in the green by 0.4 percent at EUR32.66 per share, while Grifal is in the red by 0.9 percent at EUR2.14 per share.
