Green World Hotels Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 238.22 million compared to TWD 112.54 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 10.14 million compared to net loss of TWD 72.01 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.46 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 3.28 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 434.33 million compared to TWD 240.67 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 9.49 million compared to TWD 131.57 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.43 compared to TWD 6 a year ago.
Green World Hotels Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the hotel related businesses. The Company is mainly engaged in the hotel rooms, hotel catering, hotel management consultants, and other businesses. The Company is also engaged in leasing business. The Company is also engaged in the provision of agency services for visas and air tickets, as well as the itinerary planning, reception and sightseeing guide services for sightseeing tours. The Company operates restaurants and hotels in Taipei to serve the domestic market.
