Green World Hotels Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 74.075 million compared to TWD 48.795 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 83.125 million compared to TWD 135.905 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 100.404 million compared to TWD 181.439 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.92 compared to TWD 1.65 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 174.052 million compared to TWD 218.184 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 152.116 million compared to TWD 216.617 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 187.191 million compared to TWD 722.860 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.71 compared to TWD 6.59 a year ago.
Green World Hotels Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the hotel related businesses. The Company is mainly engaged in the hotel rooms, hotel catering, hotel management consultants, and other businesses. The Company is also engaged in leasing business. The Company is also engaged in the provision of agency services for visas and air tickets, as well as the itinerary planning, reception and sightseeing guide services for sightseeing tours. The Company operates restaurants and hotels in Taipei to serve the domestic market.
