Gracekennedy Limited Announces Retirement of Mary Anne Chambers as Board of Director and Audit and Corporate Governance & Nomination Committees

GraceKennedy Limited announced that Mrs. Mary Anne Chambers has retired from the Board of Directors of GKC effective September 8, 2022. Mrs. Chambers has also retired from GKC's Audit and Corporate Governance & Nomination Committees as well as the Board of Directors of GraceKennedy Financial Group Limited. Mrs. Chambers will continue to serve in her capacity as Chair of the Board of Grace Foods Canada Inc.
