Business Summary

Govena Lighting SA is a Poland-based electronics manufacturer. The Company develops, manufactures and sells finished products, such as electronic transformers, converters, light-emitting diode (LED) power supplies, dimmers, switches and sockets, as well as LED lamps, strips and profiles, among others. In addition, the Company provides contract manufacturing services for customers in such areas as electricity meter and cash register manufacturing and power industry. The Company's service offering includes printed circuit board (PCB) design and assembly using surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology (THT), lead-free reflow and wave soldering, design and manufacturing of in-circuit testing devices, as well as development of software for processors, among others. The Company also conducts electric and electronic installations and supplies semi-finished products.
