GoPro, Inc. (NasdaqGS:GPRO) signed an agreement to acquire Forcite Helmet Systems Pty Ltd on January 16, 2024. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to complete in Q1 of 2024. Bomi Lee, Jonathan Millard, Sandra Weustink, Marshall Mort, Mike Knobler, Robert Slack and Ana Razmazma of Fenwick & West LLP acted as the legal advisor to GoPro, Inc.
