RESIGNATION OF
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd.* (the "Company") hereby announces that on 9 March 2021, the Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Liu Chunzhi (劉春志, "Mr. Liu") resigning as chief financial officer due to other career developments.
In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and Articles of Association of the Company, Mr. Liu's resignation will take effect from the date he tendered his resignation letter to the Company. Mr. Liu will not hold any position in the Company after his resignation. Mr. Liu's resignation will not affect the normal operations of the Company.
The Company wishes to express its appreciation to Mr. Liu for his contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
