The board of directors of Goldway Education Group Limited announced that Mr. Hui Ka Fai has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect from 10 January 2022. Mr. Hui Ka Fai ("Mr. Hui"), aged 40, holds a Bachelor Degree of Management from the Jinan University. Mr. Hui is the director of a subsidiary of the Group.
Mr. Hui has 13 years' experience in the education industry. Mr. Hui joined the Group in 2008 and responsible for marketing, logistic and management.
