Gamma Communications plc announces that Andrew Taylor has notified the Board of his intention to retire from Gamma and will therefore step down from the Board and as Chief Executive Officer on the 4th July 2022 but will continue to work with Gamma in a supporting advisory role through to July 2023 when his notice period expires. This decision has been made for personal/family reasons and to enable Andrew to focus on developing his plural non-executive career. Andrew Belshaw will step up from Deputy Chief Executive Officer to Interim Chief Executive Officer on 4th July 2022.

At the same time, Gamma has successfully expanded into new geographical regions that will support the delivery of continued long-term profitable growth.
