Transfer of A Shares from Treasury Pursuant to the Executive Share Option Scheme (ref 28/2012)
It was reported that William Simmons, had submitted an application to exercise the following options granted to him under the Executive Share Option Scheme:
• 5017 options granted at a price of £4.98 each in July 2006.
The Assistant Secretary confirmed that the financing required, of £ 24,984.66 would be remitted on behalf of Mr Simmons by JP Morgan Cazenove.
The Assistant Secretary further confirmed that under the Rules of the Scheme, Mr Simmons was entitled to exercise these options.
It was RESOLVED to transfer 5017 'A' Ordinary 40p shares from the Company's treasury account to JP Morgan Cazenove - Crest ID: JFQAQ Member Account Cazenove. Trade date of 27/01/2012 Settlement date of 1/02/2012.
Conclusion
There being no further business the Chairman closed the meeting.
