Appointment of Directors"

Fukuoka REIT Corporation (FRC) announces that there have been certain errors in the attachment, "Notice Concerning the 11th General Meeting of Unitholders" of the "Notice Concerning Amendment of Articles of Incorporation and Appointment of Directors" released on April 16, 2024. Accordingly, it will be amended as described below.

Please note that the " Notice Concerning the 11th General Meeting of Unitholders" scheduled to be sent on May 1, 2024 is the contents before the following correction, but we ask that you please read the contents after the correction.

Due to an error in part of the biography of Yukitaka Ohara, a candidate for Executive Officer.
