Fibon Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company’s subsidiaries are formulation of advanced polymer matrix fiber composites, manufacturing and sales of electrical insulators, electrical enclosures, meter boards and switchboard equipment parts, money lending, and hire-purchase business. The Company operates through three segments: sales of goods, financing income, and investment holding. The sales of goods segment is engaged in manufacturing and trading of electrical insulators, electrical enclosures, switchboards equipment parts, and meter boards. The financing income segment is engaged in financial business of factoring and financing activities. Its business covers approximately 28 countries in six continents across the globe. The Company’s subsidiaries include Fibon UK Limited, Fibon Australia Pty Ltd, Fibon Electric (M) Sdn Bhd, Fibon Capital Sdn Bhd, and Hexa Analisa Sdn Bhd.
