The Board of Directors of Epicentre Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Quah Tzy Ming Andrew (Ke Ziming Andrew) as company secretary and the resignation of Ms. Leow Siew Yon as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 3 September 2018.
