Epicentre Holdings Limited announced the cessation of Lim Jin Wei as Independent Director, Chairman of Audit & Risk Committee, member of Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee. Reason for cessation is he retired as an Independent Director of the Company and did not seek for re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on October 31, 2018.
