Epicentre Holdings Limited announced the cessation of Azman Hisham Bin Ja'afar as Independent Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee, member of Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee. In view of the recent announcement made by the Company on June 27, 2018 in respect of the potential RTO, and the recent changes to the board composition, Mr. Azman will resign as independent director of the company.
