Englewood Lab, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A950140) agreed to acquire Nstech Co., Ltd. from Sung, Eonjae, Kim, Hongsub and Jung, Kyungsook for KRW 11 billion on February 1, 2017. Englewood will acquire 0.2 million shares of Nstech. Sung, Eonjae, Kim, Hongsub and Jung, Kyungsook will receive KRW 7.26 billion, KRW 3.41 billion and KRW 330 million respectively. Englewood will use own cash to pay off the consideration. As of April 3, 2017, shareholders' of Englewood Lab, Inc. approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on April 4, 2017. Ernst & Young Han Young acted as external rating institution in the transaction.
