TRC Companies Inc. (NYSE:TRR) acquired EMCOR Energy Services, Inc. from EMCOR Group Inc. (NYSE:EME) for $1.4 million in cash on January 2, 2014. TRC expects the transaction to be accretive during the second half of fiscal 2014.
